This natural plant extract has been shown to improve urinary flow rate and decrease residual urine volume; it works in a manner similar to the drug finasteride, inhibiting the enzyme responsible for the formation of the hormone metabolite dihydrotestosterone (DHT) that may encourage the growth of prostate cells, and preventing uptake of DHT.

· GCP - Genistein Combined Polysaccharide

Research suggests that GCP helps fight prostate cancer by reducing blood flow to the tumor (anti-angiogenesis) and by enhancing programmed cell death of cancer cells (apoptosis).

Make Lifestyle Changes

Reduce stress.

Stress amplifies the production of free radicals, hampers the function of the immune system, and has been linked with premature aging.

Laugh out loud.

Several studies have shown that laughter can decrease stress and has other positive effects. One study showed that just anticipating mirthful laughter lowered stress hormones.

Exercise regularly.

Moderate exercise increases the body’s production of antioxidants, mildly boosts immune function, and leaves you feeling refreshed and energetic.

Detoxify.
